Vandyashree is certified from the Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S-Vyasa) in Bangalore having completed her Masters in Yogic Science from there. She has also completed the Yoga Instructor Course from S-Vyasa.
Vandyashree has worked as a Yoga trainer for Vivafit Fitness Centre and as a yoga teacher at Vydehi international school. She has also led sessions at Cult.fit as a Yoga trainer and is currently coaching Yoga and taking therapy classes at HealthifyMe.
Vandyashree’s style of teaching is based on consistency. Novelty is undeniably exciting, but she believes the key to satisfaction is the depth which can only be achieved through repetition. To do the same sequence may sound monotonous even torturous. Vandyashree ensures that no two sessions feel the same, familiar yes but always different. The key is to adhere to her Yoga routine. Her fun and easy format makes this possible. Through consistency, you will experience a change in your body and start feeling better about yourself. Pranayama is also a key element of her class that she incorporates during both the asana and meditation segments. Through this, she activates an internal, deep-level change and brings balance to the body and mind. Vandyashree includes sun salutation, bhastrika breathing, and alternate nostril breathing in her segments.
Yes! Vandyashree is available for personal training at home to clients residing in Rajarajeshwari Nagar in Bangalore. She is also available as an online yoga instructor to learners worldwide.
