She uses a range of coordinated exercise routines (stretching, flexibility, and strength for the entire moving body) in her meaningful choreography. You can become more knowledgeable about each of the many yoga types as there are many of them. Srijani steadily increases the difficulty of workouts by modifying, intensifying, and substituting them. Taking part in new yoga positions keeps your practice interesting and boosts your self-esteem when practicing in public. She helps you find inner peace so that you may be positive, and sensitive, and have meaningful relationships with other people and yourself. With a focus on exact guidance and numerous tiny adjustments to correct anatomical details, Srijani is a hands-on yoga instructor. She explains how to apply some of the knowledge to everyday situations (such as lying, sitting, standing, walking, bending, picking up, and carrying) and gives you advice on developing healthy postures.
