Tanya has completed her Zumba Basic Level 1 training with Zumba Master Sucheta Pal.
Tanya wants to make Zumba more accessible to young women because she feels that the pressures of motherhood and a career can make fitness go out of the window and she wants to help women get fit by having fun at the same time!
Zumba has made a unbelievable amount of difference in her life and has transformed her whole approach to life and in the process made her a very fit and healthy individual. Tanya's aim is to share this impactful and fun fitness activity with as many people as possible.
