It's an artistic style of yoga. Vinyasa yoga is lovely, in Annu's opinion, because of its diversity. She doesn't adhere to a predetermined Vinyasa yoga sequence, therefore the intensity, tempo, and style will all vary according to her. Yoga classes can be designed to focus on a certain topic, such as the chakras or a particular principle in yoga philosophy, or they can be centered around a difficult pose, such as a backbend. The lesson might be softer, focusing on the mobility and flexibility of the spine and the hips, or it could be more active, emphasizing strong poses.
