Tanvi has completed the Advanced 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance-Registered) from Aranya yoga, Dharamshala India and the 200-Hour Vinyasa Immersion Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance-Registered) from the Rishikesh Yoga Home. Tanvi is also a certified Basic Step 1 Zumba instructor. She has also participated in the Yoga for Unity and Well-being 100 Days of Yoga program on International Day of Yoga.
Mostly, asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation will be covered in Tanvi's sessions. Beginners should enroll in her Hatha lessons to learn the basics of yoga. Her Hatha class's pace also enables knowledgeable students to study yoga's more nuanced facets. It is a meditative, slow-moving style of yoga. She incorporates Yin Yoga into the practice as well. A whole Yin yoga session is spent seated or reclining on the mat. The Yin tissues—the ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascial networks of the body—are worked on during poses, not the muscles, which are held for three to five minutes at a time. If necessary, Tanvi can also incorporate Zumba and aerobics into the routine. Work with a yoga and fitness consultant like Tanvi who can help you comprehend your unique goal, evaluate your level of fitness, and create a plan to achieve the needed outcomes.
Yes! Tanvi is available for personal training at home in Lokhandwala and other areas of Andheri West and Versova. She is also available as an online yoga instructor.
