What is Taarika's style of teaching?

Taarika’s teaching style is physical, flow-style Yoga with spiritual components. She covers a series of poses moving on only when she feels the client has mastered the previous one. Her expertise lies in various forms including Chair Yoga as well as Mobility and Recovery. Following vinyasa flow she makes sure the poses are synchronized with the breath in a continuous rhythmic flow that is meditative in nature, calming the mind and the nervous system even during movement. Taarika includes breathing exercises, warm-ups to move the body, increasingly challenging poses, and a final relaxation and meditation. She believes in complete or absolute Yoga where she educates clients on Yoga as a whole and focuses on all the aspects of Yoga not just asanas.
