Aarushi has received her 200 Hr Teacher Training Certification in Vinyasa Yoga from Samyak Yoga, Mysore. She has also received her certification in Ashtanga Yoga from Tattvaa Yoga, Rishikesh.
Aarushi has conducted online classes at Terraform Athletics, Bangalore for athletes to improve mobility and targeted flexibility to complement Strength & Conditioning workouts. She has also conducted Online yoga for preschool children at Kangaroo Kids, Whitefield. Aarushi has been a Yoga instructor at Multifit, Indiranagar and Ulsoor. She has also worked as a Yoga & Breathwork facilitator at V Beach Gym, Goa.
Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga are both incorporated into Aarushi's teaching style. The style is dynamic, breathing in unison with the movements. Flowing motions (vinyasas) connect the individual poses (asanas). There are six asana series in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. The positions of the asanas are methodical. As you progress from one series to the next and from one asana to another, these series are demanding and challenging. Aarushi always provides guidance to the pupils, and they are only permitted to move on to the following series and asana on her advice. Based on each client's capabilities and capacities, Aarushi designs unique lesson plans that incorporate these styles into the yoga routine. Clients experience a sense of serenity, relaxation, and even alleviation from general body tension by combining Ashtanga and Vinyasa into their everyday yoga practice.
Yes! Aarushi is available for personal training for clients who live in Indiranagar, Kammanhalli and Banaswadi areas of Bangalore. Furthermore she is also available as an online yoga instructor to learners worldwide.
