Sneha has completed the Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course from the Sri Upanishath Yoga Centre Trust and has also completed her MSc. in Nutrition and Dietetics from the JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, Mysuru.
Sneha has the client do some arm and core-strengthening exercises before beginning asanas. She leads the student through a series of predetermined sun salutation (Surya Namaskar) postures, each of which is held for five to eight breaths. Throughout each lesson, she weaves in principles from Hatha Yoga. Sneha tailors the intensity of this physically demanding and methodically evolving practice to each individual practitioner. She takes into account the client's aims, current health status, and dietary preferences to develop a tailor-made program to help them achieve their health and fitness objectives. Your yoga journey can greatly benefit from being intentional about giving your body the right nutrients before your practice. Having a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics Sneha is a specialist in preventive nutrition, weight management, and nutrition counseling. She relies more on understanding the root cause of her client’s problems, provides them with personalized plans, and enables them to take charge of their food habits with self-improvement ideas. Backbends are a part of Sneha's Yoga practice as well. Asanas that involve bending backward are particularly effective at this. Sneha believes you should make yourself a priority. At the end of the day, you’re your longest commitment!
