Simran is a dedicated Yoga Instructor who trains our clients in Dwarka in South West Delhi. Simran has the ability to provide a balanced Yoga teaching program for clients of all levels and abilities and adapts her teaching to include progressions and regressions when necessary, and educates learners on appropriate breathing principles and safe transitioning techniques. Having an in-depth knowledge of Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga she creates new and interesting sequences for each session thus ensuring novelty in her training sequences. Having conducted numerous Yoga sessions, at Nikhil Fitness, Gurugram and freelancing offline as a personal yoga trainer and online as an Online Yoga tutor, Simran wishes to inspire people through Yoga to connect with their own personal wisdom, and healing abilities and discover their true inner selves. She uses alignment, clear instructions, conscious movement, breath awareness, energy movement, and control along with affirmations in her routines. Simran does not put emphasis only on physical asanas (Yoga Postures) viewing asanas simply as a fitness regime but sees Yoga as a holistic all-round tool for successful living on all levels and always includes meditation and pranayama in her teaching thus helping her clients inculcate a healthy lifestyle with mental and spiritual growth.

What are Simran's qualifications?

Simran has completed her Foundation course in Yoga Science for Wellness by the Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of Ayush. She also holds a Diploma in Yoga Protocol from the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga and is a Wellness Instructor YCB level – 2. Simran has also completed 500 Hrs as a US Alliance certified instructor from AYM school of Yoga, Rishikesh.

What is Simran's style of teaching?

Simran’s style of teaching is to start with Pranayama leading to relaxation and awareness and rids the body of stress. She follows it up with Meditation, harmonizing the body and mind, leading to holistic good health. Next up she teaches postures, where each movement is linked to breath, and it is often fast-paced and physically challenging. Her style approaches Yoga in a more scientific and therapeutic manner. Different forms such as Iyengar and Yin Yoga are used extensively and poses are held for a longer duration to perfect alignment. Simran creates routines to suit the ability of the client but makes them engaging and helps them to discover their creative expression through Yoga.
