Shweta is qualified from Bharat Thakur Artistic Yoga in New Delhi. She has also done her 200 hours TTC Teacher’s Training Course from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Uttarkashi as well as the 200 hours TTC from the SWAN Foundation, Goa.
Hatha and Sivananda yoga are two forms of yoga that Shweta has studied and incorporates into her practice. Her main yoga sessions mix Sivananda and Hatha, with an emphasis on great posture alignment that is safe and secure as well as the myriad physical and emotional advantages that everyone may gain from practicing frequently. Because you execute postures slowly during her sessions, you get a more profound sense of relaxation than you would with quick, dynamic yoga methods. Additionally, breathing exercises that activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which results in physiological relaxation, are a part of Shweta’s routine. Sivananda takes a step further than many other yoga styles since it emphasizes pranayama. Her sessions are organized around a challenging pose, such as a backbend, or they may concentrate on a particular subject, such as the chakras or a particular idea in yoga philosophy. The practice may be challenging with a focus on powerful poses, or it may be gentle with a focus on the flexibility and mobility of the hips or spine. Throughout Shweta's lessons, you will learn about all the asanas and their numerous advantages. The biggest benefit of taking a class with Shweta is that you will thoroughly understand every yoga position and learn every possible alignment and variation.
Yes! Shweta is available to train personally in one-on-one private yoga sessions for clients residing in Vasant Kunj area of New Delhi. She is also available to clients worldwide as an online yoga instructor.
