Shubha has completed the 200 hours Hatha Yoga Teacher’s Training course from Nirãkula Yoga, Bengaluru.
Clients are led through a sequence of breathing exercises, postures (both standing and seated), vinyasa flows, and eventually meditation with Shubha's style of yoga instruction. She is certain that everyone can practice and eventually become an expert in yoga, regardless of age or physical condition. Shubha teaches a variety of intense to moderate to mild routines and includes different forms of Yoga such as Hatha and Ashtanga to help her customers achieve this level of harmony because she believes that a healthy mind in a healthy body can lead to enlightenment. She offers dietary advice as well to assist them in achieving their fitness and weight loss objectives. Shubha meticulously designs each of her clients' particular workouts with the intention of leaving them feeling rejuvenated and regenerated while also offering a good, encouraging, and secure environment. The goal is to achieve and sustain inner calm while also developing a loving, embodied relationship with our body, emotions, thoughts, and life path.
