Shruti has completed the Yoga Instructor’s Teacher Training Course from Utsav Institute in Mumbai. She has also done her MSC in Yoga from SVYASA University Bangalore. Shruti also holds a Diploma in Yogic Science from the well known Yoga Vidya Niketan in Navi Mumbai.

What is Shruti's style of teaching?

Shruti's technique of instruction is including Krida Yoga into her classes. Playing games helps develop awareness, focus, and attention span. These skills are brought to life through games (Krida), which also transform into Krida Yoga, a type of yoga. In summary, love, harmony, harmonious group dynamics, calm, and bliss will result from playing with constant awareness. Different bodily motions are employed, and games are created. Additionally, Shruti incorporates Shat Kriyas, sometimes called Shatkarma Kriyas, which are a series of internal body purification and system resetting yoga poses. These are yogic cleaning techniques used to release built-up impurities and provide space for constructive thoughts in order to revitalise and reset the body's internal system. She will also teach Hatha Yoga, which emphasises the need of proper nutrition, cleansing procedures, breathing exercises (Pranayama), and the asanas, or physical postures, which form the framework of an exercise regimen.
