Sarita has completed the Advanced 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training course from the BODHI Yoga Training Academy Hyderabad, India. She has also completed the Advanced 300-Hour RYT from the Rudra Yogpeeth Yoga Ashram Rishikesh, India.
Incorporating Jalneti, Shankh Prakshalan, Akshi Tarpan, oil pulling, and cupping therapy into her lessons is Sarita's teaching methodology. A sort of neti kriya, or cleansing technique for the upper respiratory system, is Jalneti. Shanka Prakshalana helps to improve digestion, detoxifies the body, and purifies the blood. The most effective breathing exercise or technique to harmonize the body, mind, intellect, and emotions is Sudarshan kriya, which Sarita also teaches. By getting rid of accumulated stress, weariness, and bad emotions, Sudarshan Kriya’s practice aids in detoxifying the body and mind. It focuses on the profound connection between mind and body, which can be immediately felt by paying attention to the physical sensations that make up a body's life and continually connect with and influence a person's mental life. For each of her clients, Sarita develops a customized fitness program with the goal of reducing stress and promoting overall calmness.
