Sakshi is a committed yoga instructor with many years of experience teaching yoga and trains our clients in Thane. Participants in Sakshi's yoga sessions embark on a transforming journey that unites the mind, body, and spirit. In order to increase awareness of working silently with the body through the breath, Sakshi emphasizes both cyclic meditation and pranic energization techniques, particularly tratak meditation and om meditation. If you're feeling worn out, heavy, dull, or emotionally unbalanced, a few minutes of om meditation or a challenging yoga class with Sakshi can revive you and help you get through the day. She teaches Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga to provide her students with a full and thorough yoga experience. By fostering a positive environment and taking each client's experience to heart, Sakshi attends to specific needs and facilitates a deep and focused practice in a class. A highly flexible yogini, she received third place in the Rajasthan State Yoga Championship in Nov 2022. In all her classes, the focus is always on cultivating a loving, embodied relationship with our body, emotions, thoughts, and life path while also achieving and maintaining inner peace.

What are Sakshi's qualifications?

Sakshi has completed the Yoga Instructor Course 300 Hr. from the prestigious S-Vyasa in Bengaluru, and also holds a Diploma in Yoga Science (1 Year) from Vardhman University, Kota. She has also completed the Yoga Instructor Course (100 Hours) at Nidhi’s Yoga Hub, Ahmedabad, and is currently pursuing an MSc. In Yoga Therapy from S-Vyasa.

What is Sakshi's style of teaching?

Sakshi incorporates a variety of meditation techniques within her regimen, including cyclic meditation, pranic energization, tratak special types, and om meditation. Pranic healing meditation is a form of energy medicine in which the prana (the breath of life) is amplified, controlled, and directed for therapeutic and energizing effects. Through Sakshi’s sessions, the ability of the mind to concentrate and maintain attention for longer lengths of time is enhanced by the regular practice of Tratak. Your ability to concentrate and focus will progressively increase, as will your memory. Sakshi uses cyclic meditation, a form of moving meditation that combines asanas (physical postures) with relaxation techniques. Through the practice of om meditation, she helps to relax our minds and lessen stress.

Yes! Sakshi is available for one-on-one personal training sessions at home all over Thane. She is also available as an online yoga instructor for those who want to learn from virtually through the online medium.
