In your time together, you and your trainer will discuss the mental and physical objectives you have set for yourselves. Rohini can assist you with issues such as back pain, insomnia, knee and joint pain, and even diabetes. She combines various styles of yoga into her lessons, including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa flow, ashtanga flow, and Power Yoga. The class's theme and guiding Yoga principles will be introduced gradually throughout the practice. To help you reach your fitness and wellness objectives, you will be guided through a Vinyasa Yoga flow.
