Rohini has completed the 600 Hours of Yogacharya and AYT from Bhavan’s Yoga Bharati qualifying her to teach Yoga ideology, technology, and philosophy.
When you have Rohinis’s personalized session, she can focus on making sure you're doing the poses safely and accommodating any special needs you might have. Everything in this lesson is designed around you. At the beginning of each session, we briefly discuss how you're feeling. In your time together, you and your trainer will discuss the mental and physical objectives you have set for yourselves. Rohini can assist you with issues such as back pain, insomnia, knee and joint pain, and even diabetes. She combines various styles of yoga into her lessons, including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa flow, ashtanga flow, and Power Yoga. The class's theme and guiding Yoga principles will be introduced gradually throughout the practice. To help you reach your fitness and wellness objectives, you will be guided through a Vinyasa Yoga flow. The focus remains on a number of objectives, such as preventing harm, improving physical skills, encouraging creativity, and encouraging fluid movement. To ensure you leave the session feeling empowered, joyful, and at peace, she will integrate your mind and body in supine and seated relaxation poses.
