Revathi is a driven and passionate yoga trainer who trains our clients in Versova, Yari Road and Andheri West areas of Mumbai. Revathi has worked in the past as a contemporary dance instructor at Sapphire Dance Academy, Ananda Shankar Dance Academy as well as at Diksha Manjari, founded by Dona Ganguly in Kolkata. Her daily routine has always included her yoga practice and inspite of a highly successful profession as a model and dance instructor, she later on chose to study yoga at The Yoga Institute, one of the most reputed yoga schools in India, in order to gain a deeper understanding of the ancient science of yoga. Because of how yoga changed her life she decided to take on the responsibility of teaching others and since then there has been no looking back! Among Revathi's more popular teaching sequences is Face Yoga which she integrates into her classes in addition to Hatha and Vinyasa flow. Face yoga is a fantastic self-care practice that can enhance your appearance by relaxing, stretching, and strengthening your face muscles. Revathi has completed the 200 hours Yoga Teachers Training Course from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, which is accredited with US Yoga Alliance as well as the Yoga Certification Board in India.

Classes offered by Revathi include Vinyasa and Hatha flow. She also uses Mudras and Face yoga. Face yoga poses are designed to improve face symmetry, soften fine wrinkles, and tone and lift features. Mudras are an effective technique for empowerment and self-care when used in yoga practices. She covers a variety of mudras, including the Namaskar, Chin, Gyana, and Vayu mudras, which are used in yoga and meditation. Revathi also incorporates Yogic Kriyas, which are purifying methods that help purify the body's internal organs. Because they are six in number, they are often referred to as shatkriyas or shatkarma.
