Rekha holds an MSC in Yoga from the JRRSU (Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Rajasthan Sanskrit University) and has also received her Professional Teacher's Training Certification in Power yoga from Akshar Yoga, Bangalore.
Rekha's method of instruction begins with pranayama, which promotes relaxation, mindfulness, and the release of stress from the body. She then engages in meditation, which unifies the body and mind and promotes overall health. She then moves on to teaching postures, which are frequently quick-paced and physically demanding because each movement is connected to the breath. Her method takes a more clinical and scientific approach to yoga. Various styles of yoga, including Kriya and Power Yoga, are practised, and poses are held for longer periods of time to achieve perfect alignment. Power yoga aims to increase stamina and endurance. Additionally, it is a very effective type of yoga for burning calories. Rekha designs workouts that are enjoyable and tailored to the client's abilities while also allowing them to find their creative expression via yoga.
Yes! Rekha is available for personal training at home in the HSR layout suburb of Bangalore. She is also available as an online yoga instructor to those who cannot avail of her personal training classes.
