Priyanka has completed her 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Program from the Bodsphere Yoga teacher training school in Delhi.

Priyanka will assist you in purging your body of accumulated toxins through Yogic cleaning techniques, paying special attention to your respiratory and digestive systems. She recommends Yoga as a means of fostering healthy mental habits. She will tailor lessons to your specific needs and goals, making it easier to dive headfirst into Yoga.
