The Hatha Yoga books describe six yogic cleansing practices called shatkarma, also called shatkriya. The traditional scriptures of Yoga list several health benefits of these practices. Priya fully intends to incorporate mantra meditation with every session. Priya uses it as a technique to assist with mental relaxation as it has a significant impact, particularly if you struggle to focus or are feeling stressed. Using a mantra has been shown to increase awareness and enhance concentration in many people. Because it keeps you concentrated, it may result in better meditation outcomes. In order to achieve balance and general well-being, she places a strong emphasis on precise alignment and asana sequencing in her teachings. Priya's many years of experience working in the yoga and fitness industries, along with her deep background in meditation and spiritual practice, have all had an impact on her teaching style.
