Prajne emphasizes uniformity in the classroom. While she acknowledges that novelty can be enticing, she maintains that the key to happiness lies in the profundity that can only be attained through practice. Repeating the same steps over and over again may sound tedious, if not painful. Prajne guarantees that every session will be unique; familiar, certainly, but never the same. The trick is to stay on her planned schedule. This is made feasible by her engaging style. Consistency is the key to seeing physical results and improving your self-esteem. She practices Hatha Yoga, which includes postures, breathing exercises, chanting mantras, cleansing rituals (called kriyas), mudras, and shat kriyas, as well as meditation. In addition to the asana and meditation practices, she also integrates pranayama into her class. By doing so, she induces a profound transformation from the inside out and restores harmony to the mind and body. Prajne incorporates the sun salutation, bhastrika breathing, and alternate nostril breathing into her routines. She creates Yoga training programs for kids, adults, and seniors, with a focus on group, individual, school, and corporate settings.
Yes! Prajne is available for personal training for clients in Indiranagar area of Bangalore. She is also available online for online based yoga instruction to clients based anywhere in the world.
