      It’s not only the way Palak teaches Yoga but also the vibe she carries;

      i have been attending classes since oct and have seen so much difference in my posture, alignment, stamina. during class Palak starts with breathe work , chanting prayer, and takes us through the flow she plans based on our body- where we have pain, want to work on, can help us move into asanas better. she is very keen and always very happy to listen to all the queries and any issues we are facing with our body in day today work. she plans the best for us and brings lot of energy and postive outlook in the planned sessions which helps me go through my days with so much focus and awareness. postpartum recovery is going great – body wise and spiritually.
