Meghna incorporates acupressure, in which she is certified, into her yoga sessions. By holding and stimulating the acupressure points, one can practice pranayama, meditation, or yoga asanas. Thus, the bodily system is soothed and the yoga movements' efficacy is reinforced. Her routine comprises Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga, as well as Power, Iyengar, Restorative, Prenatal, Chakra, Colour, and Seed yoga. Yoga as an exercise that emphasises alignment, precision, and detail in the execution of poses (asanas) is known as Iyengar yoga. Props like blankets, blocks, and belts are frequently used in this method to help with the asanas while a passive, contemplative kind of yoga called restorative yoga helps you release physical stress and concentrate on your breath. In contrast to other types of yoga, restorative yoga calls for holding positions for a minimum of five minutes at a time. Meghna also emphasises the importance of chakra meditation, an age-old kind of meditation that clears blockages in the chakras and balances them all around.
