Nischita has completed RYT 200 Hrs Yoga TTC from the 1000 Yoga Institute, Indiranagar in their Reputed Yoga Teacher Training program. She has also completed RYT 300 Hrs Yoga Teacher Training Program from the world famous Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore.
Nischita uses several yogic breathing exercises that help to harmonize and align energy. She starts with Pranayama to help connect and improve the flow of energy throughout the body. The breathing techniques are primarily practiced for calming and balancing the mind and body and reducing stress. This is followed by a set of asanas to help the client become attuned to his/ her body and focus on it. The cycle or set of asanas tones every part of the body, including stretching the muscles and improving the flexibility of the joints. Nischita guides the client through specific exercises which aim at improving not only the working of all the systems and organs of the body but also identifying and dealing with specific health problems. Nischita provides extensive instruction and counseling to clients while motivating them to find inner calm and complete wellness through Yoga.
Yes! Nischita is available for one-on-one personal training sessions at home in Austin Town in Bangalore. Furthermore for those unable to train personally under her tutelage, she is also available as an online trainer to learners situated worldwide.
