What are Neha's qualifications?

Neha has completed the 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training Course from Rishikesh Vinyasa Yoga School. She has successfully completed 300 hours of advanced Ashtanga training and Vinyasa Flow Yoga level 2 teacher training consisting of intermediate series and intensive flow practices from the Vinyasa Yoga Ashram. She is also qualified in Hatha Yoga from the Aradhna Yogshala in theoretical and practical Yoga training.

What is Neha's style of teaching?

Neha’s style of teaching lays emphasis on strength training and poses. The short strength training workout is designed to strengthen the muscles in your glutes – gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus – as well as the small muscles that stabilize and control your hips. Lifting your body into a difficult Yoga position may seem like a major goal of asana practice, but they do have their benefits, both physical and beyond. Studies show that these poses can improve blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, improve balance, flexibility, and strength; and increase your energy. They can challenge your fears and change your perspective – literally. And they can be lots of fun. Neha works with the client, choosing the appropriate techniques for each one and encouraging each one to establish a personal practice embracing these techniques. Neha’s diverse and inclusive approach to Yoga, including for those with disabilities brings a refreshing perspective.
