Neha has worked at Yoga startup Yogami.Fit as a Yoga Head conducting health consultations with new clients for managing and reversing lifestyle disorders such as PCOS, Diabetes, and Hypothyroid through Yoga, Nutrition, and lifestyle changes including stress management and mental health. She has conducted live interactive yoga and wellness classes as well as workshops for corporate clients such as Concentrix, Sella, Ferrero, Maersk Tankers, and Cognizant while working as the Format Head, of Yoga at Cure Fit Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Neha has Successfully led a Yoga and Wellness workshop for the delegates of PWC at a conference and conducted a major Yoga event for 200+ students on International Yoga Day 2019 at DLF Cyber Hub while working for Maya Yog as a Wellness Coach in Gurgaon.
What is Neha's style of teaching?
Neha aligns the unique and precise health needs of the client with Yoga practices to have a curative effect. For example, if the client is experiencing lower back pain, she will suggest specific yoga positions and postures for strengthening and supporting the back and even soothing injuries and pains. Neha incorporates ‘twists’ in the session like chair pose twists, revolved half-moon- anything to move the spine and create a new flow of energy. Her sequences go from being tightly wound up to expansive like opening up from eagle into half moon or rolling from being a ball on the back up into standing tadasana. Neha does not cater to the ‘new is better’ restlessness, instead, she teaches new and old poses in such a way as to bring clients toward a better understanding of their Yoga practice, both broadening and deepening their experience of Yoga. Neha believes one should think like a child getting a gift - approach your practice full of curiosity and wonder, to see what your body can achieve!
