Neelam has completed the Advanced 500 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course from the internationally acclaimed Srima School of Transformational Yoga in New Delhi.

What is Neelam's style of teaching?

A typical first session with Neelam might involve looking at how the client stands, moves, and breathes, setting priorities, and starts forming some short-term measurable positive outcomes with the client. She then plans a routine for the client that includes elements of Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Vinyasa Flow along with breathing and relaxation practices. The client has a chance to ask for modifications in the session as to what suits them better. Neelam also incorporates Chair Yoga into her planned routines and modifies the yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. This form of Yoga is ideal for people who cannot stand, lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated supine positions or want a quick break from office work. Many of the basic body mechanics of the individual postures remain the same. While seated on chairs, Neelam will guide the client to do versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends, and mild backbends.

Yes! Neelam is available for personal training and one-on-one private lessons at home for select clients residing in DLF Phase 3 Gurgaon and surrounding areas. She is also available as an online yoga instructor to clients residing in other parts of the country and the world.
