In her classes, Hirak's teaching style combines Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. A series of physical positions (yoga poses) and breathing exercises are usually part of her sessions. In vinyasa yoga, positions are connected with the breath in a flowing sequence. It is a creative type of yoga. Hirak thinks Vinyasa yoga is beautiful because of its variety. Since she doesn't follow a set Vinyasa yoga sequence, the style, tempo, and intensity will all change depending on her. Classes may be structured around a challenging position, like a backbend, or they may concentrate on a particular subject, like the chakras or a particular idea in yoga philosophy. Hirak gives patients the correct advice and creates nutritional therapy based on each person's unique metabolism.
