Hirak has completed the Advanced Teachers’ Training Course (900 Hours) in Yoga Education from The Yoga Institute. She is currently studying Nutrition and Dietetics in her second year B.S.C and will be pursuing her Master’s and Ph.D. in the same field as well.
In her classes, Hirak's teaching style combines Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. A series of physical positions (yoga poses) and breathing exercises are usually part of her sessions. In vinyasa yoga, positions are connected with the breath in a flowing sequence. It is a creative type of yoga. Hirak thinks Vinyasa yoga is beautiful because of its variety. Since she doesn't follow a set Vinyasa yoga sequence, the style, tempo, and intensity will all change depending on her. Classes may be structured around a challenging position, like a backbend, or they may concentrate on a particular subject, like the chakras or a particular idea in yoga philosophy. Hirak gives patients the correct advice and creates nutritional therapy based on each person's unique metabolism. To ensure that we eat food that is healthy for us as well as food that tastes good and looks beautiful, she offers expert guidance and supports us in making lifestyle changes.
Yes! Hirak is available for personal one-on-one training at home for clients living in Bandra and Khar areas of Mumbai. She is also available as an online yoga instructor training clients through online video tools such as Zoom and Google Meets.
