Hajar has completed the comprehensive and advanced Teachers Training Course (900 Hours) from The Yoga Institute in Mumbai.
Hajar's approach to Yoga is influenced by the styles of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, which she has studied. Her main Yoga practice is a blend of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Flow, with an emphasis on perfect, safe posture alignment and the endless physical and mental advantages that a regular Yoga practice may provide to anybody. Hajar is completely committed to including Pranayama throughout every session. Pranayama is a set of breathing techniques created by ancient yogis for cleansing, mental focus, rejuvenation, and healing. She emphasizes proper alignment and asana sequencing in her lessons in order to achieve balance and overall well-being. Hajar's teaching method is influenced by her extensive background in meditation, and spiritual practice, and many years of experience working in the yoga and fitness industries. She also advocates for meditation as a disciplined method for fostering both mental and bodily calmness with the end goal of achieving Samadhi (self-realization).
Yes! Hajar is available for conducting offline personal training sessions in Hiranandani Complex in Powai, Chandivali and Andheri East. She is also available to teach as an online yoga instructor.
