Divashri has completed the 300 Hrs. YIC (Yoga Instructors Course) from the S-VYASA Institute in Bangalore.
Divashri believes that Yoga is all about finding a balance between one's body, mind and breath working together in tandem. She believes that Yoga is a wonderful and highly accessible form of fitness that just about everyone can practice and master. In her teachings she assists students and clients in improving body and mind functioning by helping them first of all to build stability in breath. By helping her clients absorb challenging experiences, thoughts and feelings in her classes, she inspires her clients to become enthusiastic about the long term benefits of yoga for overall health and well being.
Yes! Divashri is available for one-on-one personal training at home in Andheri West but is also available as an online yoga instructor for those who want to learn under her through the online medium.
