Dimple has completed the Basic Teachers’ Training course (200 Hours) in Yoga Education and the Power Vinyasa Yoga Certificate course from the New Age Yoga Institute in Mumbai. She is a certified Yoga Protocol Instructor Level 1 from the Ministry of Ayush. Dimple has also completed the 40 hr Yoga Alliance certified course in Multilevel Advance Yoga Training.

Dimple's approach to teaching blends a modern viewpoint and communication style with a strong tradition-based foundation. She begins with Yogic breathing exercises, or Pranayama, which revitalize the body and mind and provide you with energy for the entire day. Her guided meditations are a useful tool for mindful relaxation that can help you reach deep sleep by calming your body and mind. She uses the breath to balance the five elements in your body and mind throughout her integration of mudras into the session. A basic aspect of health and well-being is mudras. utilizing Yogic purification techniques. Dimple will assist in clearing your body of accumulated toxins, paying special attention to the digestive and respiratory systems. She suggests doing yoga to create healthy thought habits. She will design customized sessions that align with your interests and support you as you explore yoga for the first time.
