Deeksha holds a Diploma in Sports Nutrition and a Master’s in Sports Nutrition from the Institute of Sports Science Technology. She has also done her teacher training in Yoga Shiromani (200 Hours) and Yoga Acharya (500 Hours) from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Meenakshi Ashram, Madurai. She is also a Yoga Wellness Instructor – Level 2 certified by the Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of AYUSH – Govt of India. Deeksha is also a Member of The Indian Yoga Association (IYA).
