What are Ayushi's qualifications?

Ayushi has completed the 200 hrs Teacher Training Course from the Avatar School of Yoga in Rishikesh. Furthermore she has completed the 6 month certificate of yoga from Shri Jai Ram Sanskrit Mahavidyalay in Rishikesh. She also has completed a diploma in acupressure therapy.

What is Ayushi's training style and philosophy?

Ayushi believes that yoga has a wide scope in life and is not just limited to the mat. It needs years of training to become a yogi but passionate learners of yoga can begin to heal their lives in the here and now. Perseverance towards one's goals, a positive attitude, balance of mind and happiness are the prominent changes which one can feel with regular practice of yoga.
