Anusha has completed the Yoga instructor’s course from teh renowned SVYASA University in Bangalore. She has also completed the 10-day course in Vipassana meditation and an Art of Living - Youth Empowerment Seminar at the Art of Living International Center, Bangalore.
Anusha's teaching technique is to incorporate Sukshma Vyayama, Vipassana, and Ashtanga Yoga into her sessions. Sukshma Vyayama is a yoga practice system that loosens your joints and clears energy blockages. This method has a powerful purifying impact, increasing the body's energy. Yogic Sukshma Vyayamas (Strengthening and relaxation practices) are safe, rhythmic, repeating stretching exercises. Vipassana, which means "seeing things as they truly are," is one of India's oldest meditation techniques. It emphasizes on the deep interconnection between mind and body, which may be immediately experienced by paying attention to the bodily sensations that constitute the life of the body and constantly link and condition the life of the mind.
