Anouska has completed the Certificate Course in Yoga for Protocol Instructor from the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga and has also completed a Foundation Course in Wellness Science from the same institute.
Anouska uses a variety of Yoga techniques while putting an emphasis on total body well-being. Her excellent understanding of Ashtanga Yoga pays off for the client as she leads them through the coaching procedure. "Trishana" is the cornerstone of Ashtanga yoga. There are three components to it: asana, drishti, and vinyasa breathing. Her techniques help to promote joint mobility, certain postures, calm breathing, and meditation states. To design a program for both physical and mental wellness, she blends the principles of Hatha Yoga with her knowledge of Ashtanga Yoga. She believes that yoga is much more than just practicing poses and breathing techniques; it's a lifetime of learning. By identifying the most effective learning style for each individual by assessing their skills and talents, Anouska assists her pupils in achieving their health goals and improving their way of life and bodies.
