Anchal is qualified from the highly acclaimed Yoga Institute, Mumbai having completed the 21 Days Better Living Course and Bachelors In Yoga Therapy (RYT 200) from the insititute.
Anchal’s style of teaching stems from a complete physically logical method of Yoga routines that bring mental, physical, and spiritual balance. She leads classes with a set of asanas that help the client to become attuned to his / her body and focus on it. Then through her theoretical and practical knowledge of Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga, she offers clients an opportunity to be creative with their poses, flowing from one to the other with their breath. Anchal believes that the mind and body need to be in harmony to achieve holistic good health, which she helps clients to achieve through Shatkarma and Pranayama techniques. Anchal has the unique ability to nurture, motivate and share her extensive Yoga knowledge with a dose of humor making the class a rewarding experience.
Yes! Anchal is available for personal one-on-one online training sessions at Khar West and Bandra areas of Mumbai. Apart from offline training, Anchal is also available as a yoga instructor to learners worldwide through the online medium.
