Abhilasha is one of our highly qualified trainers with over three years of experience in the field of Yoga and trains our clients primarily in the Andheri West area of Mumbai. An enthusiastic learner, she has successfully completed courses in Art of Living, Reiki (Level 1), 3-dosha in Ayurveda and Past Life Regression by Dr. Newton. She has an impressive 200+ hours Teachers Training Course certification in Hatha Yoga and Iyengar Yoga from Aum Yoga School situated at Bardez in Goa. She also possesses extensive knowledge of Chakra Meditation, Yog Nidra, Guided Meditation and has over 5 years of practice in Vipassana Meditation. Through her practice of Yoga, Reiki and Meditation, Abhilasha aims at helping her clients achieve a state of calmness, clarity and mindfulness while they work towards their desired fitness goals.

      I always refrained from doing Yoga workout as I always thought Yoga was for slimmer bodies and my heavy body would not be able to do all the asanas. Infact Suryanamaskar I had been trying to attempt but failed every time. But Abhilasha changed everything for me !! Today I am able to enjoy Yoga only because of her . I am able to do 10 Suryanamaskars in a day now !!She is so patient and supportive and takes me to levels which I never thought I would achieve. I still have a long journey for my weight loss ..but thanks to Abhilasha she has helped me make this into a lifestyle. In my busy schedule also she makes sure I do not loose my focus on my health.

      I am really grateful that I have the chance to study yoga under the guidance of Abhilasha , a very professional yoga teacher. I have learnt a lot about advanced yoga poses, alignment, how to enter into a pose using various techniques. Although I am a beginner level student of yoga, I have still learnt about posture’s anatomy and variations, counter poses. My body feels flexible and strong, and, most importantly, I brought sciatica under control with guidance of our instructors. Within two month I reduced 2.5 kg weight. Also I feel changes in my skin because of face yoga. Abhilasha teaches every pose , mediation very properly also she explained benefits of that while teaching. She is really fascinate about yoga and she is good mentor who will guide you in the proper direction for achieving your goal. I will recommend anyone to try her yoga sessions. Thank you Abhilasha!

      It has been a wonderful experience for me. I really want to thank the efforts and assistance of Abhilasha. She is very professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga. I have learnt a lot about advanced yoga poses, alignment, how to enter into a pose using various techniques. She is very fascinate about her work and a good mentor. She explained each and every pose in detailed also while doing yoga or meditation she explained the benefits of that. I reduced 2.5 kg weight within 3 months. Yoga has helped me a lot with flexibility, and i feel more peaceful, and energetic. I will recommend anyone to try her yoga sessions.
