Varsha has completed her Certificate Course in Pranayama and Meditation (for Health promotion) from the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga. She is also certified by the same university for having completed the Foundation Course in Yoga Science for Wellness. Furthermore she has completed her graduation with Yoga in Arts from the Jain Vishv Bharti University. She is also qualified in Yogasana being certified by the Morarji Desai Institute of Yoga and the Sports Authority of India.
Varsha’s style of teaching is to set up a framework of Ashtanga followed by Vinyasa sequences, beginning with breathing techniques, to warm up, followed by standing and seating poses, and then closing with meditation. She believes that Yoga is a highly accessible form of fitness that just about everyone can practice and master. Imparting different routines of varying intensity, from high to moderate to mild, as well as integrating diverse forms of Yoga, Varsha believes the mind and the body need to be in harmony to achieve holistic good health, and a healthy mind in a healthy body can lead to self-enlightenment. She conscientiously plans her individualized workouts with the target of having the clients feel reinvigorated and revitalized, creating an environment that is uplifting and encouraging while ensuring safety.
