Simran has learned both Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga, and this has influenced his style of yoga. Her primary style of yoga is a fusion of Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Flow. She places a strong emphasis on teaching students how to align poses safely and correctly as well as the many mental and physical health benefits that come with consistent yoga practice. Simran is devoted to advancing the Iyengar technique. She emphasizes alignment and proper asana sequencing in her classes to achieve balance and overall wellbeing.
