Rachna has completed her 300 Hrs Teacher Training course from the Shri Krishna Yoga Institute in Pune, Maharashtra, and acquired in-depth knowledge about postures, breathing techniques, and spiritual elements of Yoga teaching. She has also competed the YCB Level 3 certification in the field of Yoga.
Rachna’s training method is derived from the ancient practices and principles of Yoga Nidra and the Yogic non-dual teachings wisdom teachings of meditation. It is simple to learn, easy to practice, and is designed to help you meet, greet and respond to each moment of your life with a sense of equanimity and well-being. She uses a variety of styles like Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, and Restorative Yoga which are popular today. In each style, she incorporates a series of Yoga poses and makes adjustments for any level of the student. Rachna is vigilant to the needs of her students and adapts easily to forming lesson plans based on their requirements.
