Monika has successfully completed the Intermediate Teacher’s Training course (500 Hours) in Yoga Education from The Yoga Institute in Mumbai. She has also completed the Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teaching Training Program from the world famous yoga teacher training institute Yoga Vidya Gurukul. Monika is also a certified Wellness Instructor certified by The Yoga Certification Board of India.
