Jaspreet has completed the Certified Course in Yoga for Wellness Instructor from the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Delhi. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Yoga Education from the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, Lonavala, Maharashtra, India. She is also a Certified Yoga Wellness Instructor from The Yoga Certification Board – Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. And if that wasnt enough Jaspreet has also completed 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga from the well known Rishikul Yogshala in Rishikesh!

What is Jaspreet's style of teaching?

Examining the client's posture, gait, and breathing patterns, establishing goals, and developing some quantifiable, short-term positive outcomes are all possible in a first session with Jaspreet. She then designs a routine for the client that incorporates Shuddhi Kriyas along with aspects of Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Vinyasa Flow. All of the body's essential organs, including the digestive, respiratory, circulatory, and neurological systems, are cleansed and activated by Shuddhi Kriyas. They have both curative and preventative qualities. One's ability to taste, digest, work, think, and feel is much improved. Throughout the session, the client has the opportunity to request any changes that will better fit their needs. Jaspreet also incorporates power yoga, which is a vigorous and quick-paced practise. You quickly switch between poses, coordinating your breathing with your various body movements. Although it calls for awareness and breathing exercises, power yoga is more physical than meditation. The goal of power yoga is to increase stamina and strength. It's also a great way to burn calories when practising yoga.
