She develops a choreographed lesson plan and instructs clients while carefully monitoring their performance Purthi employs a scientific approach to ensure participants in her dance fitness sessions develop cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility. She provides verbal cueing and correcting participants if they stray away from instructions. Her sessions are intuitive and spontaneous, and depending on the intensity level and ability of the client she makes adaptations. Purthi infuses all the steps from the main Latin dances and integrates them with Bollywood and Hip Hop dance forms to create an upbeat high energetic session in the comfort of your own home!
