Priyanka integrates Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga which aid in improving your metabolism and in building toned muscles. She advises these active intense workouts three times a week and on other days alternates with a gentler, more relaxing class with Hatha Yoga. A conscious breathing practice, otherwise known as Pranayama is the key part of every session that she incorporates during both the meditation and asana segments.
