Prachi has completed the basic teacher’s training course (200 hours) in yoga education from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, and is also recognized by Yoga Alliance as a certified instructor.
Prachi has been a Yoga Instructor at Cult Fit, Nagpur as well as Yoga Instructor for Underprivileged Students and Women. She utilized yoga techniques to empower participants and improve their overall health. She has collaborated with Global Shapers Nagpur to support their initiative "My Periods." Prachi has also Conducted a desk yoga session attended by approximately 40 employees at Reliance Jio Digital.
Prachi provides a comprehensive understanding of the physical and spiritual components of yoga through her teachings in the traditional Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa styles. She also takes you through every aspect of yoga philosophy and technique, including the proper way to perform mudras and pranayamas. Prachi creates a personalized exercise program for each of her clients to ease stress and encourage relaxation in general. Every time, she includes pranayama in her sessions. Pranayama offers advantages on its own. These benefits come from the application of mindfulness and breathing techniques in therapy. For yoga enthusiasts who want to learn more about the morals and philosophy of this ancient practice, her carefully designed programs are ideal. Exercise of any kind, including yoga, is beneficial in easing PCOD symptoms. Recent research suggests that yoga may help lower testosterone levels, a masculine hormone, and lessen anxiety and depressive symptoms in PCOD-affected women. She teaches Baddha-konasana and Malasana, which encourage relaxation and lessen stress and pain associated with PCOD.
