In this form of yoga, you'll only need to maintain each pose for a few seconds at most. You can increase your muscle power by practicing these forms of yoga. Steady Multi-Style Yoga (SMSY) is also a part of her practice. SMSY helps you become more flexible in addition to making your body stronger.
