Sanchita is one of our most dedicated and well rounded fitness trainers training our clients in South Mumbai. Sanchita teaches privately as well as takes group classes for people of diverse age groups and abilities. Sanchita has a background in functional fitness, the ability to modify each class to the right level for individual participants in a class. She aims to provide a safe, welcoming and restorative experience to help release stress and mental tension and address postural imbalances due to tight or weak muscles. With every new client, Sanchita does an initial health assessment of her own and then programs and designs a yoga program depending on the health history and the capabilities of the student. Apart from being a trained and highly adept yoga instructor, Sanchita is also a qualified functional fitness trainer and works one on one with various groups in schools, colleges and corporate companies providing instruction, motivation and education. Her main goal is always to help clients rediscover their athletic potential with all round holistic training. Sanchita brings her sincere love for Yoga to every class that she holds and sees Yoga as a way of inspiring lives and also as a way of discovering one’s self. Sanchita’s core strengthening and flexibility exercises help her students to gain significant improvements in overall conditioning and performance.
