Dhara is one of our most popular and busy yoga trainers in the eastern suburbs of Mumbai stretching from Ghatkopar to Bhakti Park, Wadala. With a Bachelors in Commerce from Mithibai College and armed with a Fashion Designing Diploma from IITC, Bandra, Dhara switched careers early on to focus on yoga as a student, practitioner and a yoga instructor. Dhara holds a diploma in Yoga Teacher Training from the famous Ghantali Mitra Mandal in Thane district and certificate in prenatal yoga from well known yoga teacher Deepak Patel's Yog Vinyasa Institute in Mumbai.
