As a personal trainer as well as group fitness instructor, Sudipta enjoys taking up challenging opportunities whereby she can impact her client’s health and also at the same time increase her own understanding of her client’s fitness goals and requirements. As a fitness trainer and an ardent fitness buff herself, from an early age Sudipta observed people around her visiting doctors to treat their medical conditions and illnesses – something which could be avoided by making simple lifestyle changes, being more active and by eating the right foods.

She was inspired to become a fitness trainer after seeing the disastrous effects of a poor lifestyle and the havoc that it can cause to a person’s life physically, mentally and financially. She has taken it upon herself to reach out to people as a fitness professional and try and reach out to as many people as possible through the help of diverse fitness disciplines. Bhumika is a young, enthusiastic and highly motivated yoga trainer who trains our clients in the Andheri West, Juhu and Bandra areas. Bhumika combines the practice of asanas and pranayam with body weight movements to create a holistic fitness and wellness experience in all her sessions. With 2 years of experience since finishing her 200 hour teacher training certificate with distinction at the Yoga Vidya Gurukul Nashik, Bhumika currently freelances as a personal yoga trainer. When asked why she loves teaching yoga, Bhumika mentions that she considers teaching yoga as an art and that it is a panacea for the stresses and lifestyle diseases that our modern hectic lifestyles are creating for all of us – both young and old.

Bhumika loves teaching yoga because she can use the learnings from her own practice as well as the teachings  her yoga gurus and transform the lives of those whom she teaches. According to her, there is a special energy field that is created between student and teacher, whether we are aware of it or not. Bhumika believes it is the role of the yoga teacher to become receptive enough so that she can direct the energy in a balanced and beneficial manner. Seher is a certified yoga instructor and an ace functional fitness trainer who trains Wellintra’s clients in the western suburbs of Andheri, Malad and Kandivali in Mumbai. Her personal training yoga and functional fitness sessions are focused on women and often include an amalgamation of yoga, calisthenics and suspension training. For Seher, yoga training is all about creating a program designed to the fitness levels of a person because for yoga there is no single ‘one size fits all’ approach. For beginners and intermediate level yoga students, a personalized yoga training approach always works because one can start to really work on opening up the joints and improve the strength and flexibility of the student.
