Aarti is a multifaceted and certified fitness trainer and yoga instructor and trains Wellintra’s clients in personalized fitness training, functional training and yoga fitness be it power yoga or the traditional hatha yoga. Armed with a BA in Psychology from Mumbai university and additionally qualified in Aviation & hospitality management and a certification in Personal Fitness Training from Gold’s Gym, Aarti is a full time physical fitness instructor who is determined to walk the walk when it comes to meeting and even exceeding her client’s fitness goals. Aarti is also a certified instructor for cardio kickboxing and bootcamp workouts as well as power yoga. Apart from training individual clients. Aarti has also worked with various reputed gymnasiums and health clubs and schools in the past most notably the Ajmera Global School, Dr. Pillai Global Academy and Gold’s Gym as a fitness instructor and coach. With a calm and affable personality and demeanour, excellent communication skills and with empathy for the well being and fitness quotient of clients, Aarti’s clients have a lot of catching up to do before their fitness levels meet her exacting standards.
