Devanshi has completed the 900 hours Ashtanga Yoga teacher training course from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai.
In every session, Devanshi attempts to create a harmonious environment and helps promote learning based on balance of the mind and body by demonstrations and corrections. Also whether she is teaching Hatha Yoga or Ashtanga Yoga, she ensures that class content is devised beforehand and sessions are designed to maximize engagement and improvement in overall health.
The basis of Devanshi’s teaching is that yoga can benefit all body types. The base of Devanshi’s classes is a focus on breath while leading students through a series of asanas. The sequence and intensity of Devanshi’s classes vary in accordance with the experience, energy and prowess of her students. But make no mistake, her classes are accessible to beginners too while at the same time challenging for intermediate students with individual attention paid to each and every student.
